Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the items remain in resalable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
